We focus on offering high-quality pet cat and dog bowls designed for everyday use, comfort, and practicality.

Q2. How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, choose the product you want, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can complete your purchase securely using PayPal or Venmo. All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD).

Q3. Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, or once the order has entered processing or shipping, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Q4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we provide Free Shipping on all orders within the United States.

Q5. Where do you ship?
We currently deliver orders within the United States only.

Q6. How long will it take to receive my order?
Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT). Delivery timelines are as follows:

Processing time: 1 to 2 business days
Shipping time: 4 to 6 business days
Total estimated delivery: 5 to 8 business days

Q7. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We ship orders using FedEx.

Returns & Refunds

Q8. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return period starting from the date of delivery. Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective items, and exchanges are available. To qualify, the item must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all included materials.

Q9. Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Q10. Do you charge any restocking fees?
No, we do not charge any restocking fees. The restocking fee is $0.

Q11. How long does it take to process a refund?
After receiving and inspecting your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

We accept payments through PayPal and Venmo.

Q13. Is my payment information secure?
