1. Shipping Destination & Fees
Shipping Area: We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping Costs: We offer Free Shipping on all orders across the United States.
Pricing Transparency: All prices listed on our website are in US Dollars (USD), and no additional shipping charges are applied at checkout.
2. Delivery Timeframe
To help you understand when your order will arrive, please review the details below:
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT). Orders placed after this time, as well as those made on weekends or holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
Order Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Transit/Shipping Time: 4 to 6 business days (Monday to Friday).
Total Estimated Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 5 to 8 business days.
3. Carriers & Order Tracking
Shipping Carrier: We partner with FedEx to deliver orders efficiently and securely.
Tracking Information: A tracking number is provided for every order. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor its progress.
4. Duties and Taxes
For orders shipped within the United States, no additional duties or taxes are required upon delivery. The total amount shown at checkout is the final price you will pay.
5. Order Modifications & Cancellations
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After an order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, we may not be able to make further changes.
6. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe or appears to be lost, please contact our support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
